PERSONAL PORTFOLIO

With a strong background in international business, sports leadership, and outdoor adventure, I bring a global, people-centered mindset to everything I do. Since 2013, I have led business-related travel and production oversight across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Turkey, while managing customer relations in North America and Europe and representing brands at trade shows and sales meetings across the DACH region and France.

Beyond corporate life, I’ve built leadership experience through my roles as a Ski Touring and Mountain Sports Leader (J&S), mountain guide for Chixx on Board, and surf instructor. These roles have honed my ability to coach, guide, and motivate people in dynamic environments – skills I’ve also brought to my work in business and project management.

In 2018, I initiated a successful crowdfunding campaign for the Tola International School while traveling through Central and South America. These experiences – alongside time spent in Africa and Indonesia – continue to shape my adaptable, cross-cultural approach and passion for purpose-driven work.

My early career as a freestyle snowboard athlete (Junior National Team Germany, 2000–2005), including industry exposure through sponsorships and trade shows like ISPO, laid the foundation for my long-term engagement with the sports and outdoor sector.

These diverse international and leadership experiences allow me to navigate complexity, drive strategic initiatives, and thrive in high-performance, cross-functional environments.
