As Agile Creation Lead and Senior Product Manager at Mammut, I successfully led one of the company’s most complex and business-critical corporate projects. This involved end-to-end management of globally sourced, highly customized collections under intense time pressure and during a leadership transition.

The project included coordinating multiple international suppliers, implementing a real-time RFID tracking system across three production sites within three months, and ensuring smooth execution across sourcing, logistics, and stock management.

By applying agile project management, production expertise, and strong cross-functional coordination, I delivered the multi-million-dollar project on time and in full. Beyond operational success, the project established a scalable logistics structure, enhanced inventory accuracy, and reinforced Mammut’s presence in the corporate business segment through reliable, data-driven execution.
